  11. I'm new to the net and want faster performence.  I'm using Netscape on a
  12. Mad SI and Netcom on a 486clone with netcom service.  I was using a Supra
  13. 14.4 external nmodem.  To get faster performence I bought a 28.8 USR
  14. Sportster.  I have made all the configuration changes to both machines
  15. recommended by Netcom tech service.  There has been no change in the time
  16. it takes to bring up a home page etc.  Is this normal?  Did I waste my
  17. money?  What should I Know?  Thanks.
